Fantastic Experience

I found the location excellent. It was very close to the Rialto bridge and eateries. The Rialto vaporetto station was only a 5-minute walk away. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I found the mattress and pillows very comfortable.
The cleaning was not done thoroughly enough one day, a bit disappointing.

The breakfast buffet offered numerous choices. I especially enjoyed the local specialties. They were particularly delicious (I tried new things!). The breakfast room itself was quite beautiful and spacious.

Staff members were always willing to help with requests and did so from the heart. There is also an elevator. This made moving luggage much easier. it helped a lot with tired legs after a long day.

the staff were helpful. breakfast had a wide variety of food and offered different items daily. i had elevator access and that was beneficial. the location was near rialto bridge and st mark's square, i liked that.
the room was a little dark. tea and coffee facilities in the room are missing, i would appreciate it.

the location provided easy access to many key attractions, just steps from San Marco Square. Staff members provided clear instructions for reaching the place from waterway stations, useful. The hotel's location within a quiet courtyard ensured very peaceful nights. breakfast had a LOT of varied options.
